New England skies can often be overcast in autumn. But sometimes one experiences the extremely deep blue skies of October. New England is one of my favorite places, especially in the fall. I try to visit the area every other year or so. This 8x10 oil painting on museum quality canvas board will fit a standard 8x10 frame. You'll love the texture of the original! Go to jlorenreedy.com to order the original.
Primarily self-taught, I painted my first painting shortly after retiring from my "real job" of thirty-five years as a bureaucrat for the state. My style is evolving, meaning the results vary from painting to painting. While I don't exhibit or sell any work I'm not proud of, some paintings do come closer to my style objective than others. And, yes, some paintings are trashed! Collectors from Hawaii to New England and Alaska to Florida have purchased my work. (Hopefully, the internet will expand the market for me to the rest of the world!) Visit my website at J Loren...
